This week I stumbled across a story in the Bruxelles EU publication Rapporteur, arguing for a "rail revolution in Poland", illustrated using a Russian Railways RZD Sapsan train: I am pretty sure, politically, you do not want RZD as part of your revolution! Earlier this week the TRAN
