Well, it looked pleasant – the Most Café Bar is a new bar located in one of the stone arches under the southern end of Tower Bridge. Helena and I (and two others) were wandering there on Saturday, and decided to stop for a cocktail. The atmosphere in the bar is pleasant, and the cocktails are cheap. However they were the weirdest cocktails we’ve ever drunk – including frozen grapes in a mojito – and clearly the bar staff are on a steep learning curve. The bottled beers are fine though, so if you want a bar with a pleasant view over the Thames, it’s worth a try.

@jonworth Worse than nuts. I heard him speak on this in NRW in 2019 - he views Brexit as a selfish act akin to Trump's efforts at undermining the EU.
And unlike his challenger Röttgen he didn’t make you look a fool on German TV, Greg. So there’s that as a plus I suppose?
Many congratulations @ArminLaschet on his election as CDU Leader!
Have met him in both Düsseldorf and Berlin, and he is a good friend of the U.K.
So many links between his state where he is PM, North Rhine Westphalia & U.K., so he knows us well!
Ich gratuliere! 🎉
