SNCF, DB International, Omio, Trainline can often sell you something between 2 cities in 1 transaction, but this gives you multiple tickets and no passenger rights in the case of delay

I recently bought a 5-changes trip from France to Italy passing through Switzerland. In my case you can't do *everything* on a single site, but with a bit of patience you can.
