This blog has been a bit silent over the last week, but that does not mean that life has been quiet. In fact it has been one of the most vital weeks for me in recent times – I have taken the decision to quit my day job in order to pursue a career as a freelance website designer and consultant in the political sphere from the autumn. With a portfolio of more than 30 websites, experience with Typo3 and Wordpress, and plenty of projects in the pipeline now is the time to make a success of this. The exact details of my departure from my current position have not yet been arranged, but I’m immensely excited and am very relieved that I’ll have greater freedom to determine what work I do in the future.
